last week I came back from a Yangtze river cruise that lasted for 5 days and yesterday I observed that I have an unusual rash in the back of both knees. Is it possible that I have caught something?

Taking into account that you’ve just returned from a Yangtze river cruise, it might be something related to that, or not. You might have been bitten by a spider, but you say you have that in the back of both your knees. That is a very sensitive area, where important ganglions are located. Did you check the rest of your body? I think it would be better to see a doctor. I’m sure it’s nothing serious, but better safe than sorry, right?

Well, you should start your Yangtze river cruise from Chongquing and end it to Shanghai. It is a seven days cruise which includes many other small cities, like the Ghost Town, Wuhan and Nanjing, as well as beautiful sites, like the Three Gorges Dam and the Yellow Mountain. I must say the Yellow Mountain excursion is absolutely amazing, none of the other ones can compare to it, you just have to see it for yourself.
