accepted answer has been given by Cassie You should start doing the one that intrigues you most and you think will keep you more dedicated. Personally, I would definitely take tai chi chuan classes because, for me, they are more relaxing both to the body and to the mind.

Some martial arts are designed for self-defense and others like Tai chi chuan promote subtle, graceful and coordinated movements to improve health and peace of mind. Although these are the main goals of the art, self defense techniques are incorporated into the movements and are practiced by students as well.

Although many styles of the art exist there is a continuity of slow moving and purposeful movements that make up the art. The practice of the movements moves what they call the Chi in a person’s body and this promotes a sense of wellbeing.

Created back in the ancient days of China to keep monks in shape it has been practiced by the Chinese people for a long time. I understand that over 10 million people practice the art and you can see them doing it early in the morning in parks and other places.
