accepted answer has been given by Flavel If you’re looking for peaceful Seattle condos, I recommend you check the Mill Creek area. It is very nice and you could find a condo for rent up to $1100 per month. Also, no need to worry about transportation either because there are many bus routes that could take you downtown.

accepted answer has been given by Terry M. Seattle condos are definitely less expensive than apartments. A condo might cost you from $200.000 and above if you buy it, while if you want to rent it, it could cost you $730+ per month.

accepted answer has been given by Paula If you want to buy Seattle condos, I would strongly recommend you purchase one in Ballard or Queen Anne. The latter is a cute neighborhood, even if a little bit more expensive. I would also check out for condos in one of the North Seattle neighborhoods.

accepted answer has been given by Gillbert Seattle condos have some of the best condo investments available. Condos will only increase in value. Upkeep for condos is low because mostly everything is provided as part of membership in the homeowners association. The only consideration is whether you purchase a single level of split level. Later on a split level may require the installation of equipment to help you up and down the stairs. I would recommend looking into some Seattle condos for sale.

accepted answer has been given by Ash A timeshare is where you purchase the use of the condo for a certain period of time during the year. You don’t purchase the condo outright but only the use of the condo for a specific time per year. Prices do fluctuate depending on the time of year but it actually less expensive to purchase a timeshare then Seattle condos that are for sale.

accepted answer has been given by Raymond Yes you can purchase Seattle condos for sale without traveling to Seattle. If you contact a real estate company in there you can view, assess, make an offer and complete the sale either online, through the mail or a combination of the two. It has never been easier to purchase real estate anywhere in the nation.
