accepted answer has been given by Winona The best diet is the one you can live with. It’s a lifestyle change. If you try to affect a loss of weight in a way that doesn’t suit you in the end it will fail. Choose your weight loss diet and exercise program carefully.

accepted answer has been given by Wurst Our bodies are used to carrying a steady amount of weight and when we attempt to change the amount of weight we carry the body freaks out. The homeostasis of the body has been sent off center and you begin to retain more weight and water. A slow change of body weight is best to give the metabolism an opportunity to adjust gradually.

accepted answer has been given by Mandy Maybe the diet you’re currently on is not the type of weight loss program you should be using. A diet which incorporates a balance between healthy foods and exercise is the best way to achieve the weight loss goals and expectations you may have. A crash diet may allow you some loss of weight but you will probably only put the pounds back on and more perhaps.
