Can I get general liability business insurance if I have bad credit?

Yes, you can get a general liability business insurance with bad credit, you just have to look for companies that won’t look at your credit. Also, you should know that monthly rates can get pretty high, so, if you feel you can cope with paying those, go for it!

Are airlines offering any discount coupons codes?

Yes, most airlines offer coupons codes, but this is happening recently. Up to a few years ago, they only offered coupons for vacation packages. The company I travel with offers you a free flight if you travel at least eight times in three months using their services.

If I am involved in a by owner sale process, would it be inappropriate for me to show up with an attorney when the exchange is taking place? He is actually my friend, he’s not charging me anything for his services.

Why would it be inappropriate to show up with your friend, who’s an attorney, at a by owner sale? This type of sale excludes the presence of a real estate broker, who is usually taking a big commission out of the process, but it doesn’t exclude the presence of an attorney. The seller would probably show up with an attorney himself!

How comes cheap scooters are so expensive these days? I know it sounds weird, but they are.

question posted by Robert on January 8th, 2009 04:21

It does sound weird the way you formulated your question, but it isn’t actually. It’s true, cheap scooters are a little bit too expensive for what they are and I believe the reason is the overall financial crisis. People are more attracted to buy second hand transportation means and dealers tend to take advantage of it.

How do you go about applying for a small business loan?

question posted by George on January 7th, 2009 02:36

accepted answer has been given by Catherine

The most important thing you should have when going to a bank to apply for a small business loan is a very good business plan. After this, the bank will have a look at your financial situation, to make sure you will pay them back with interest. So make sure you have a solid business plan and some money in your credit before you even think of applying.

Can a registered agent keep asking for a fee if I didn’t ask them to continue their service with my company?

question posted by Levato on January 6th, 2009 05:33

accepted answer has been given by Reganet

Yes, a registered agent can keep asking for a fee in this case, because you probably didn’t announce you want to end relationships with him. They cannot know otherwise. Not asking him does not mean you actually talked to him and told him, so he cannot know.

What is the minimum period one could have an efficient debt consilidation done? I need to have a clean record before I apply for a loan.

It really depends on how bad your credit is, how much your monthly deposit is and, of course, how constant your deposits are. I have managed to do a very good debt consolidation job in about three years, but I have placed money constantly in my account.
