accepted answer has been given by Kerpunk A lot of people feel disadvantaged by an employer’s shift scheduling, but that doesn’t mean you cannot work something out in order to have next Friday free. How about switching shifts with a co-worker? Have you tried that? It always works for me!

You already have made a lot of contacts and you know how the market goes. If you have enough money, you could actually buy a business which you can then remodel the way you want.
